Issue Position

Decisions regarding the education of our children need to be made by the parents and teachers in our state. I support private schools, charter schools, Arizona's public schools and home schooling. Additionally, I believe that Arizona needs to expand on programs like the tuition tax credit and funding tied to performance and competition amongst schools. Lastly, we must keep the federal leviathan and the Department of Education out of the education business and return as much funding and power as possible back to the state of Arizona.
