Issue Position: The 'So-Called' Affordable Healthcare Act

Most politicians don't have original ideas and resort to regurgitating schemes that originated in DC. That's because they are on the same team.
The push to expand Obamacare's mandate in Wyoming is a trap purposely written into the so-called "Affordable Healthcare Act."
I am the ONLY candidate that lobbied the legislature against this intrusion as a citizen advocate. In 2011, I personally worked with the House and Senate sponsors of a constitutional amendment as a defense against Obamacare.
By 2012 this amendment was voted in by the people of Wyoming in Article 1, Section 38 of the Wyoming Constitution. "Each competent adult shall have the right to make his or her own health care decisions…The state of Wyoming shall act to preserve these rights from undue governmental infringement."
Sadly, instead of calling for a 'new' lawsuit based on our healthcare amendment, Wyoming's legislative leadership was more interested in pushing pet-spending-projects.
I will continue to find ways to fight against the more than 10,000 pages of Obamacare.
