Fleming to launch "Faith, Freedom, & Free Markets" Tour

Congressman John Fleming will launch a statewide "Faith, Freedom, and Free Markets" Tour on Tuesday, August 9th with the grand opening of his Louisiana campaign headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA.

▪ A man of FAITH, Fleming will discuss his commitment to the dignity of life and preservation of religious liberty. As a congressman, Fleming fought for five long years to successfully pass the Conscience Protection Act that protects pro-life doctors and medical professionals like himself from being discriminated against for their beliefs. And as a born-again Christian, Fleming has put the preservation of our 1st Amendment religious liberties front and center with resolutions for national days of prayer and conscience.

▪ An advocate for FREEDOM, Fleming is a founding member of the House Freedom Caucus that has worked tirelessly to return our government to our constitutional foundations. The only candidate for Senate in Louisiana who has passed a pro-2nd Amendment bill, Amtrak commuters can now legally carry their firearms on trains because of Dr. Fleming's efforts. And as a Navy veteran, Fleming is devoted to ensuring our military remains the best equipped and best trained fighting force in the world, and that our veterans receive the care and respect they have earned.

▪ A proponent of FREE MARKETS, Fleming understands the importance of small business persons because he is one. He has created over 500 Louisiana jobs and has applied that experience representing Louisiana's 4th congressional district. Dr. Fleming understands that entrepreneurship and American ingenuity work best when government does not stand in its way -- as is evidenced by Fleming holding the highest conservative ratings in the Louisiana delegation from organizations ranging from Heritage Action to The Club for Growth.

6:00pm CT: The Fleming for Senate Campaign will kick off the Faith, Freedom, and Free Markets Tour with the grand opening of the campaign's headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA. Dr. Fleming will address supporters and volunteers, as well as the press.
