Issue Position

I will never waiver in my support of our Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms. Both Missouri and the U.S. Constitution offer us the lawful right to own firearms. Unfortunately, in the United States, we are fighting against a group of people who do not trust American citizens with their own security and who will do whatever it takes to disarm the American people. We must fight back and certify that Missourians will forever enjoy our 2nd Amendment rights. We must introduce legislation that not only cements our 2nd Amendment rights into law, but also we must fight back against those who are willing to send our private gun ownership data to the federal government (As our state witnessed in 2013 when Governor Nixon sent private concealed carry data to Washington, D.C.).
