Issue Position

As the husband of a practicing physician, I understand the importance of good health care policy. I believe that all hard-working Utahns should have access to high-quality, affordable health insurance. While I support important protections for students and Utahns with preexisting conditions, the Affordable Care Act has serious problems. We need to get to work to reform Obamacare, rather than wasting time playing political games. I'll fight to fix Obamacare's serious flaws by working to repeal its tax on employers, which slows job growth in our economy, and I'll eliminate its medical device tax, which unfairly targets and hurts Utah businesses.
