ELOISE'S TOP PRIORITY WILL BE TO CREATE A DISTRICT OFFICE THAT SERVES LOCAL COMMUNITIES

Believe it or not the economic crisis started nearly seven years ago. The Inland Empire was hit hard--many families lost their homes, their jobs and their hope. Because we are tough and hard working people--we have survived. But we won't thrive unless we reverse the economic policies that led to the crisis in the first place.

Good government reforms

Reduce undue influence on elected officials by:
* Eliminating luxury trips for legislators paid for by Special Interest groups.
* Eliminate luxury gifts to legislators.

Increase accountability and transparency:
* Offer constituents a free smart phone application or more conventional means of where they can track legislative votes and fundraising.
* Ensure constituent participation and inclusion.
* Create working groups of constituent stakeholder, so they can provide input on legislation and district planning.

Provide more efficient responsiveness to constituents.
* Ensure legislative availability at local offices for constituent visits during legislative breaks and vacations.
