The mission of the Oregon Single Payer Advocates is to support candidates and measures leading toward a single payer health care system - universal, equitable, comprehensive, and affordable health care for all Oregon residents and all U.S. residents. We only endorse candidates who believe we must eliminate most private health insurance and replace it with universal, affordable, high quality, publicly financed health care for all.
