"Planned Parenthood Voters of Arkansas (PPVA), is an independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization supported entirely by independently raised donations and managed by a Board of Directors. The mission of PPVA is to foster and preserve a social and political climate favorable to reproductive health and to protect reproductive choice. To meet this mission, PPVA engages in lobbying, issues education and pro-choice voter identification, education and mobilization."
