Relating to the City of Tuskegee in Macon County, proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to provide for the election of two persons to the utilities board and the term of office of, procedure for filling of vacancies in, and compensation of, the positions; and to provide for who may vote in the election (proposed by Act 2008-293).
