Dear Friend,

I want to be the first to thank you for visiting my website. I'm excited to have the opportunity to share with you my plan for our community and to discuss the issues that matter to you. Before we dive into our campaign, I want to take a moment and tell you what motivated me to run for state representative.

I'm running because I want to make sure that your voice is heard in our state capital. Too many of our state representatives are focused on serving special interests instead of the people who work every day to support our communities. Your voice matters, and I want to make sure it's heard.

I'm running because I want to help Summit County thrive economically. I want to make sure that those in our district can work and make enough money to live comfortably and enjoy and contribute to our community. I want to help give small business owners who embody the character and history of our cities the resources they need to be successful.

I'm running because as a teacher, I know what it takes to make sure that our children have the tools to be successful. I want to ensure that our schools and communities are places where our children can learn in a safe, healthy and happy environment.

Lastly, I'm running because I'm tired of partisan gridlock. I'm ready to work with my colleagues, regardless of their party, to improve our state and community.
