Favorite Author:
As an English major at Boston College, I tended toward British novelists, and Charles Dickens and Thomas Hardy were favorites. My reading now is sporadic and eclectic. I might have anything from a detective novel to a biography on the nightstand.
Favorite Movie:
After excluding the genres of sci-fi, martial arts, animation, and gore, my tastes are broad. I probably have watched "The Usual Suspects" more times than any other single movie.
Favorite Quote:
"You must be the change you wish to see in the world." Mahatma Ghandi
Favorite TV Shows:
I wish the "Mary Tyler Moore Show" would go into syndication. MSNBC gives me my political fix, and I escape to "Everyone Loves Raymond" and "The Office" reruns when I am home. I always make sure the Red Sox are on during the summer.
Favorite Type of Music:
I enjoy rock, jazz, blues and folk,. We were early fans of the Eilen Jewel Band, which plays a combination of blues. The liner notes in one of the early CD's thanks us for our support!
