Reason for Seeking Public Office:

This campaign is seeking to restore public faith in elected public officials by instituting real and stringent limits on gifts from lobbyists to legislators and their staffs.
We will also pursue campaign finance limits which will allow candidates to spend their time on issues which concern citizens instead of worrying about the next contribution.
Finally, we must fully fund public education. This is the most important issue to a majority of constituents with whom I have spoken while knocking on doors during this campaign.
