Roy is running to represent House District 38 because he believes it is crucial to continue a strong conservative voice for our rural district in Oklahoma City. We must safe guard against the intrusion of the federal government into what should be local control over these issues and other issues. Within the state there is the balance between rural and urban interest and we in the rural areas need a strong conservative voice.
