Summer at the Great Divide

Interns working hard
Here at Project Vote Smart summer means one thing: Interns. Lots and lots of interns. However, despite the scorching temperatures, stifling office and bland work, this group of up and coming youngsters are still able to dazzle and amaze our staff. A good number of our departments are simply unable to keep up with skill and speed of the work that these interns do. The dedication that these students show during their tedious and often repetitive tasks is a testament to the quality of our nation's youth.

And although we will begin to lose our summer interns in the coming weeks, I am still extremely excited to be able to hire five new staff members for the upcoming 2008 Election Cycle. In preparation for the upcoming election cycle PVS is collecting more speeches and public statements than ever before and continuing its extensive research, not to mention the new innovative and exciting things our Media/Public Relations department is planning for the upcoming year. So why not join the fight to Save Democracy?
