Title: Indoor Smoking Ban
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits smoking in any public place or place of employment by law.
-Defines enclosed space, place of employment, and public place as locations the locations included in the prohibition (Sec. 6, 17, 21). -Prohibits smoking in any of the following enclosed places: sports arena, bus shelter, a public conveyance (Sec. 58). -Establishes fines for smoking in prohibited locations, being: -Not less than $25 nor more than $50 for the first violation -Not less than $50 nor more than $100 for the 2nd violation -Not less than $100 nor more than $250 for the 3rd or any subsequent violation (Sec. 72).
