Title: Secrecy in Public University Hiring
Vote to pass a bill that maintains the confidentiality of applicants for University President or Commissioner of Higher Education until the Board of Higher Education begins to reduce the number of applicants, at which point applicants are given two weeks to withdraw their application before any record relating to the candidate becomes an open record.
