Vote to pass a bill that authorizes borrowing $1.05 billion and allocates funds to the University of Minnesota, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, Minnesota State Academies, Perpich Center for Arts Education, the Pollution Control Agency, the Board of Water and Soil Resources, the Zoological Garden, the capitol area, the Architectural and Planning Board, the Amateur Sports Commission, the Metropolitan Council, the Veterans Home Board, the Minnesota Historical Society and the Housing Finance Agency. The bill also allocates money in the areas of corrections, employment and economic development, education, agriculture, natural resources, administration, military affairs, public safety, transportation, human services and for bond sale expenses.
