Vote to pass a bill that expands health coverage under Kansas' State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).
Highlights:
- Expands coverage to children living in households at or below 225 percent of the federal poverty income guidelines in 2009 and 250 percent in 2010 and thereafter [Sec. 1 (b)(7)]. - Subjects expanded coverage to available funding.
