Title: Residential Green Building Standards

Highlights:

-Establishes that by July 1, 2011, the California Environmental Protection Agency must conduct a public review of the best housing practices deemed to be sustainable, and must submit a final revised version of said practice standards by July 1, 2012 (Sec. 1). -Establishes that by July 1, 2013, all new homes must meet the sustainable practice standards determined by the California Environmental Protection Agency (Sec. 1).
