Vote to pass and amend a bill that requires Online Age Verification Liability Act

Highlights:

• Prohibits a commercial entity from knowingly and intentionally publishing or distributing material that is harmful to minors on the Internet or on websites (Sec. 3). 

• Establishes that commercial entiteis and third parties that perform an age verification requirement shall not retain any identifying information of the individual after access has been granted to material (Sec. 3).
