Vote to pass a bill that amends provisions relating to revenue and taxation.

Highlights:

• Reduces the state sales tax rate from 5.5 cents to 2.75 cents in districts that meet certain standards (Sec. 11).

• Authorizes state highway construction bonds to be appropriates to expedite highway construction projects (Sec. 29).

• Amends property tax policies and regulations to specify that individuals whose property has been sold due to a delinquent property tax to be able to receive their remaining equity back from the property (Sec. 50).

• Amends vaping nicotine cartridges and liquids to be classified the same as tobacco products for sales tax purposes (Sec. 90).

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 122).
