Amends requirements for the admin of certain kinds of insurance claims and the maintenance and accessibility of said records (Sec. 1).
Rescinds the requirement that certain entities maintain a telephone service to accept collect calls from injured employees (sec. 1).
Amends the circumstances under which the administrator of the division of industrial relations of the Department of Business and Industry has the authorization to remove a physician or chiropractic profession from a list or pan who may provide certain services to the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act (Sec. 1).
Requires the Administrator to publish certain reports (Sec. 1).
Authorizes certain physicians and chiropractic physicians to decline to perform certain evaluations (Sec. 1).
Amends procedures for the selection of physicians and chiropractors for certain evaluations, examinations, and procedures (Sec. 1).
Amends provisions relating to independent medical examinations (Sec. 1).
