  • Appropriates between $60-70 million for the initial costs for the Idaho Launch In-Demand Careers fund for Idaho state graduates (Sec. 1).

  • Prohibits the council from reimbursing more than 80% or $8,000 of the program’s total tuition and fees whichever is less (Sec. 2).

  • Specifies that the provisions in this bill shall be in effect beginning July 1, 2023 and be null and void and no longer in force after July 1, 2029 (Sec. 2-6).
