Title: Appropriates $200 Million for Homelessness Prevention Measures and Expanded Shelter Capacity
Vote to pass a bill that appropriates $200 million for homelessness prevention measures and expanded shelter capacity.
Prohibits the selling of synthetic hemp products (Article 12).
Requires that any seller, online or in-person, of a product containing kratom or kratom products must use an approved age-verification method to ensure the buyer is at least 21 years of age (Article 12).
Requires any individual manufacturing, processing, distributing, offering for sale, or selling kratom or kratom products have a permit (Article 12).
Authorizes the Commissioner of Agriculture and the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner to make rules regarding the regulation of hemp-derived cannabinoid products (Article 12).
