Highlights:

• Expands the definition of the armed forces to include the Space Force, resulting in provisions that (Sec. 1):

• Allow Space Force members to be granted leaves of absence;

• Exempt certain items sold on Space Force bases from taxation;

• Make it a crime to falsely claim membership in the Space Force;

• Allow Space Force members to carry firearms when on duty or training; and
