Highlights:

 

  • Authorizes a pharmacist to dispense self-administered contraceptives to a patient at least 18 years of age (Sec. 1A).

  • Authorizes a licensed contraceptive prescriber to issue a standing prescription drug order which allows the dispensing of self-administered contraceptives (Sec. 1B).
