Title: Establishes New Restrictions for Pill Induced Abortions
Vote to pass a bill that establishes that abortion inducing bills may not be used on fetuses after seven weeks.
Prohibits a person from providing an abortive drug without (Sec. 171.0631):
A physician satisfying informed consent requirements when providing the abortive drug; and
A physician reporting the use of the abortive drug (Sec. 245.011).
Establishes the violation of the above requirements as a criminal offense (Sec. 171.065).
Establishes the pregnant person as not criminally liable for violating the above requirements (Sec. 171.066).
Prohibits a state official from declining to enforce the restrictions above (Sec. 171.066).
