Vote to adopt a conference report that establishes the biennium budget for fiscal years 2020-2022.

Highlights:

• Establishes that this bill covers the state’s budget from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 (Sec. 2). 

• Appropriates $250,000 to study how Wyoming can act on opportunities to improve its access to export growth and international markets (Sec. 2). 

• Prohibits the University of Wyoming from using any of its general, federal or other funds under its control for any of the following circumstances (Sec. 2):

• Elective abortions for students; and

• Group health insurance that provides coverage of elective abortions for students.

• Appropriates over $1.1 million to the Wyoming Pipeline Authority (Sec. 2). 

• Appropriates over $292 million to the Department of Family Services (Sec. 2). 

• Appropriates over $875.5 million to the Department of Administration and Information (Sec. 2).

• Appropriates $2.5 million to agricultural education and research in Wyoming schools (Sec. 2).

• Appropriates over $37.8 million to the Department of Agriculture (Sec. 2). 

• Appropriates over $615,000 to the Military Department for the Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery (Sec. 2).

• Requires the Wyoming Pipeline Authority to conduct a study on the impact of banning leases on federal lands for energy production (Sec. 2).

• Appropriates $114,000 for the aforementioned study (Sec. 2). 

• Establishes that this bill takes effect immediately upon passage (Sec. 2).
