• Prohibits employers from including in their employees’ contracts any mandatory private arbitration clause related to an incident of sexual harassment in the workplace (Sec. 4).

• Prohibits nondisclosure agreements that deny employees the opportunity to publicly disclose an instance of sexual harassment in the workplace (Sec. 3).

• Prohibits employers from reducing an individual's employment benefits for publicly disclosing an incident of workplace harassment (Sec. 3).
