Title: Requires Department of Corrections to Revoke Parole under Certain Circumstances
Vote to pass a bill that requires the Department of Corrections to recommend revoking parole of an individual who commits a crime while on supervised release.
Requires the DOC to recommend revoking an individual’s parole, probation, or extended supervision if such individual is charged with a crime (Sec. 1).
Requires the DOC to provide the individual with administrative hearings in order to determine whether or not to revoke their parole, probation, or extended supervision (Sec. 3).
Specifies that this applies to charges that are filed on or after the effective date of this bill (Sec. 5).
