Vote to pass a bill that authorizes unlimited campaign contributions by political action committees.

Highlights:

• Specifies that a Political Action Committee (PAC) will not have any restrictions on the amount of contributions they can make towards a political campaign (Sec. 24).

• Defines “Contribution” as the following, including, but not limited to (Sec. 4):

• Payments or loans;

• Gifts or expenditures;

• Contracts or dues; and

• Anything of ascertainable monetary value made for the purpose of influencing the election of a candidate.

• Authorizes a candidate and staff be allowed to direct, inform, and convey information to the public about their own individual PAC that solicits contributions on behalf of the campaign (Sec. 24).
