Vote to pass a bill for the prevention and control of invasive species by revising various councils, programs, rules, and appropriations.

Vote to pass a bill for the prevention and control of invasive species by revising various councils, programs, rules, and appropriations.
Creates the invasive species council, which consists of 22 members, each of which administer various departments including but not limited to (Sec. 1):
Fish, wildlife, and parks;
Natural resources and conservation; and
Agriculture
Specifies that the council’s purpose is to advise the governor on a science-based program for the reduction of invasive species and to coordinate with public and private partners to develop and implement statewide invasive species strategic plans (Sec. 4)
Requires the Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks to develop a containment and quarantine plan for Missouri River System subject to the invasive species council establishment (Sec. 5).
Establishes the upper Columbia conservation commission to protect the aquatic environment in tributaries to the Columbia river from the threat of invasive species (Sec. 6)
Requires all departments to establish check stations to examine any equipment entering a designated area to make sure the equipment is compliant with regulations (Sec. 11).
Appropriates the following funds (Sec. 14):
$95,000 to the invasive species council; and
