Highlights:
Appropriates $15 million to the Border-To-Border Broadband Fund, including $500,000 for broadband projects that expand services to areas that contain significant proportions of low-income households (Art. 4, Sec. 2).
Establishes a state goal that all households have access to at least 1 broadband service provider offering broadband service at minimum speeds of 100 megabits per second (mbps) download and 20 mbps upload by 2026 (Art. 15, Sec. 9).
Establishes the Task Force on Deployment of Small Wireless Telecommunication Facilities to promote statewide access to wireless telecommunications (Art. 14, Sec. 5).
