Title: Amends Teacher Contract and Evaluation Policies

Vote to pass a bill that repeals continuing contracts for new teachers beginning July 1, 2013.

Authorizes any teacher, principal, assistant principal or supervisor that attained or is eligible for continuing contract status by the first day of the 2013-2014 school year to maintain their continuing contract status (Sec. 4).
Requires teachers, principals, assistant principals, and supervisors to complete a probationary period of 5 years with annual performance evaluations prior to receiving a 3 year term contract (Sec. 1).
