Vote to pass a bill that creates a merit-based scholarship and fund for math, science and engineering undergraduate studies at an Idaho public institution. Recipients must demonstrate the greatest proficiency in mathematics and science on standardized national tests, as determined by the office of the state board of education, and commit to stay in Idaho for two years after receiving their degree, by penalty of repayment.
